Chinese-Made Toys With Lead: Only for Export?

With all the media attention in recent months about kids' toys being made in China with lead paint, the question has surfaced: Do the Chinese produce toys with high amounts of lead for other countries only? With about 75 percent of the toys in the world are labeled "made in China," this is on the minds of some concerned moms.
